  • The controlling party (Napco Trading & Distribution) shall notify the competent authority (Saudi Data & AI Authority) upon becoming aware of any leakage or damage to personal data or any unlawful attempts to access it.
  • The controlling party (Napco Trading & Distribution) shall notify the data subject if any leakage or damage to the data or any unlawful attempts to access it would cause harm to his data or conflict with his rights and interests.

Notices and Notifications:

  • Data Subject Notification: The data subject will be notified of any changes to the data processing activities via email.
  • Data Transfer Notification to a Third Party: The data subject will be notified in the event of data transfer to a third party.
