Ingredients

• 50 ml Captain Morgan Spiced Gold 0.0
• 4 wedges Lime Wedges
• 20 ml Sugar Syrup Or Honey
• Top up Soda Water
• 1 Wedge Of Lime
• 6 leaves Mint Leaves
•  Ice

Instructions

• Place the lime wedges and mint leaves into the highball glass and press down gently with the muddler to extract the flavours and aromas.
• Add 1 to 2 barspoons of honey then add ice and Captain Morgan 0.0. Top up with soda water (preferably Fentimans).
• Stir well with a barspoon until the honey dissolves
• Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
