Ingredients

• 50 ml Tanqueray 0.0

• 20 ml Watermelon Syrup

• 20 ml Lemon Juice

• 20 ml Lemon Juice
• 100 ml Soda Water
•  Wedge Of Watermelon
•  Ice

Instructions

• Lightly coat the rim with a lemon wedge, then dip the glass into a mixture of brown sugar and salt

• Add ice to the glass

• Pour 50 ml of Tanqueray 0.0 into the glass

• Add lemon juice, watermelon syrup, and soda water (preferably Fentimans) to the glass.
• Stir well with a barspoon
• Garnish with a sprig of mint
